If you are looking for an estimated (budgeted) cost for a range of equipment, the best thing you can do is attach your list of equipment. Please include the Manufacturer, Brand, Model, and Description.
Equipment Quote Requests
- Make sure that you include all the information required
- The file types that can be uploaded are: xlsx, doc, and pdf.
- Please permit 6 to 12 days to complete the your estimate. Also include the latest date you need the estimate by.
- Please include the following items in the uploaded equipment list
- Equipment Asset Number
- Manufacturer Name
- Brand - Model
- Short Description
- Service Range (Temperature, Humidity, Altitude)*
- Dedicated Use Equipment (Include The Specific Test Method or Use)*
- Equipment Locations: List Each Location(s) and Building
- If all equipment is located in the same building, then please note that it is at the top of the document.
- If equipment is in multiple buildings at separate addresses, please include each location.
* Please include the Service Range of the equipment. If you want to calibrate the equipment to a limited range, then list the ranges and note it is a limited Range Calibration.
* If the equipment is dedicated to a specific method, then note the standard and the limited range it is used.
