Temperature Chamber Repairs

ESGCal has a large network of service partners that excel in environmental chamber repairs. This includes compressors for single or cascaded low-temperature designs with or without humidity controls. We perform diagnostics, mechanical replacements, compressor replacement, refrigerant leak detection & repairs, humidity generator repairs, sensor replacement, electrical/controller services, and calibration. We service desktops, benchtops, and standard upright environmental chambers. We also provide services on Agree chambers for vibration shakers and walk-in chambers. We service both air & water cooled systems.

We can service equipment that creates and maintains the environment from -70ºC to 180ºC with or without humidity. (10% to 98% RH).

We perform repairs for thermal shock chambers but not on the transfer system mechanical hardware.   We provide services for Altitude Test Chambers that can be mechanically or liquid nitrogen-cooled and are designed to simulate 100,000 feet.

We also repair HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) and PCT (High-Pressure Accelerated) chambers.

We also service High-temperature ovens.

Unfortunately, we do not provide estimates before any service.
